Everything you need to know about our containers and services

Buying a container
A new container (one-way) has made only a single trip from the manufacturing plant. It is in perfect condition, free of damage, with intact paintwork. A used container has been used for maritime transport and may show normal signs of wear (minor dents, slight surface rust). All our used containers are inspected and certified "Cargo Worthy" (fit for transport).
A 20-foot container (6.06m) is suitable for storing around 28 Euro pallets or 33 m³ of goods. A 40-foot container (12.19m) offers double the capacity (~67 m³). For residential storage or a small workshop, the 20-foot is usually enough. For a mobile office, a full workshop or significant professional storage, the 40-foot is preferable. Our team can help you size your project correctly.
For every container sold, we provide:
  • The CSC plate (Certificate of Safety Approval)
  • A detailed inspection report (interior/exterior condition, floor, doors)
  • The invoice with BIC serial number
  • The title of ownership (Release Order)
Absolutely! Many of our customers buy standard (DRY) containers to later convert them into an office, home, workshop or bar. We also offer our already fitted-out containers if you prefer a turnkey solution. Contact our team for technical advice on fit-outs.
Delivery and logistics
We deliver throughout mainland France. We have a network of specialised carriers equipped with crane-mounted container trucks. Delivery is possible to your building site, private land or depot. For deliveries to Corsica, French overseas territories or internationally, contact us for a specific quote.
For containers in stock, delivery generally takes 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment. For made-to-order containers (custom-built, specific dimensions), allow 3 to 6 weeks. We confirm the exact date once your order is validated.
The container truck requires:
  • An access road at least 4 metres wide
  • A clearance height of 5 metres (power lines, branches...)
  • Ground able to bear the vehicle's weight (26 tonnes when loaded)
  • Enough manoeuvring space (the truck is about 20m long)
If your access is restricted, let us know: we can offer alternative solutions (crane, spreader-bar transport).
No. The prices shown on our website are ex-depot (excl. VAT). Delivery cost is calculated based on distance and site access. It is communicated to you with your quote. On average, allow between €150 and €500 for delivery within mainland France.
Container rental
We offer rentals starting from 1 month. The longer the term, the more favourable the monthly rate. We offer plans of 1, 3, 6, 12 months and more. Contracts are renewable every month. There is no maximum duration.
Yes, we offer a rental with purchase option (lease-to-own). Part of the rent paid can be deducted from the sale price. Mention this when requesting your quote and we will submit a tailored offer.
A joint condition report is carried out at delivery and at return. Any damage found on return (beyond normal wear) is billed to the tenant according to a scale set out in the contract. We recommend checking that your multi-risk insurance covers rented property.
Fitted containers
Custom fitted-out containers are manufactured to your specifications. Allow on average 4 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the fit-out. A simple office (insulation, electrics, windows) takes about 3-4 weeks. A sanitary container with full plumbing may require 6-8 weeks.
It depends on the use and the length of installation:
  • Temporary use (< 3 months): generally no formalities
  • Between 3 months and 1 year: prior declaration of works
  • Over 1 year: planning permission required
  • Housing: planning permission in all cases
Check with your local town hall. Our team can guide you through the process.
Yes, we offer custom paintwork (RAL or Pantone colour of your choice), wood cladding, siding installation, and the addition of signage or logos. This adds 1 to 2 extra weeks. Contact us for a cladding quote.
Payment and warranties
We accept: bank transfer, certified cheque, and for certain amounts, payment by credit card (via secure payment link). For large purchases (container fleets, projects), we can look into financing or leasing solutions.
Yes. All our new containers come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (water-tightness, structure). This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modifications.
